Medical Assitant

Looking to hire a responsible and hard working medical assistant. Work experience is preferred but not required as you will be trained on the job. Medical assistant certification is a must!

Duties include but not limited to:

*Vitalize and triage patients.

*Escort patients to and from exam rooms, record patient data

*Prepare and stock treatment rooms.
*Assist physician and providers with exams/procedures as requested.
*Verify presence of consent prior to treatment or procedures.
*Request/obtain new patient records and previous test results (i.e.: x-rays, scans, etc.)
*Performing other administrative duties (i.e.: typing, filing, faxing, reception, etc.,) as requested by supervisor or physician.
***EMR experience is preferred.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required

2. Certificate of graduation from an accredited program for Medical Assistants

3. Certification for Certified Medical Assistant must be current

4. Bilingual

Job Type: Full-time Monday through Friday 8AM -5PM
