What We’re Looking For:
✅ Familiarity with ICD-10 codes, CPT codes, POS, and modifiers
✅ Strong understanding of cost-sharing
✅ Excellent communication skills and phone experience (inbound)
✅ Receptive to coaching and feedback
✅ Strong attention to detail with reliable attendance and work ethic
