Medical Billing Associate

Location: Sarabhai Campus, Genda Circle, Vadodara, Gujarat

Shift: Night Shift (6 PM 3 AM) or Mid Shift (3 PM 12 AM)

Job Type: Full-time, in-office only (remote work is not offered).

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Billing Associate to manage end-to-end dental insurance billing and revenue cycle operations for US dental practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage.
• Prepare and submit dental insurance claims and pre-authorizations.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and accounts receivable (AR).
• Manage claim denials, rejections, corrections, and resubmissions.
• Call insurance companies to resolve claim and payment issues.
• Post insurance payments and reconcile EOBs/ERAs.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing issues, claim status, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely claim resolution.

Requirements

• Proficiency in written and verbal English is MUST.
• Prior experience in US dental billing or dental RCM preferred.
