Medical Billing Sales Representative – Cold Calling

We are looking for a motivated and confident Medical Billing Sales Representative who can make outbound cold calls to doctors, physicians, medical clinics, and healthcare providers to promote our medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to doctors, physicians, medical practices, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Introduce and promote our medical billing services.
• Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.
• Explain how our medical billing solutions can help providers improve revenue and streamline billing operations.
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups with interested healthcare providers.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
• Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and telephone skills.
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of US healthcare providers and medical billing services is mandatory.
• Ability to handle objections and communicate professionally with doctors and office managers.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
