EM OP Coders | Bangalore | Immediate Joiners

Position: EM OP Coders (Certified)
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate coding for Evaluation & Management (E/M) Outpatient (OP) services
• Assign correct ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on clinical documentation
• Review physician notes, discharge summaries, and medical records for coding accuracy
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, payer guidelines, and regulatory norms
• Maintain quality and productivity targets
• Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with providers for clarification
• Stay updated with changes in E/M coding guidelines and industry standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Certified coders only
• Experience in E/M OP coding for min 2 yrs is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding conventions
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
