Job Details

• Work Location: Quezon City
• Work Setup: Work From Home (WFH)
• Shift: Night Shift
• Target Start Date: January 28, 2027

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS Level II, E/M, and modifier codes.
• Code physician services, including consultations, office visits, hospital encounters, and follow-up visits.
• Review and code cardiology procedures, including ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and cardiac monitoring.
• Handle coding for cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiology studies, cardiac devices, and other cardiovascular procedures.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with applicable coding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Nursing or any medical allied course.
• Must have an active medical coding certification, such as CPC, CCS-P, COC, or CCS.
• At least 2 years of Professional Fee (ProFee) Medical Coding experience.
• Knowledge of cardiology coding, cardiovascular anatomy, medical terminology, and cardiac devices.
• Experience in invasive and noninvasive cardiology coding is preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems, preferably Epic, or similar professional fee coding platforms.
• Experience in multispecialty ProFee coding is an advantage.
