Medical Coding - IPDRG Team Leader

Role & responsibilities

• CPC / CIC / CCS or equivalent certification mandatory.
• 8-12 years of experience in medical coding.
• Sound domain knowledge in IP DRG.
• Own challenging people/project assignments independently and deliver fulfilment of work.
• Need to own full ownership/leadership responsibility for team development.
• Aspiring being ambitious about providing the highest standards of delivery and embedding them in the team
• Strong facilitation and sound leadership skills
• Customer orientation and Client handling
• Excellent English written & verbal communication skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to articulate the case for project approvals , prioritization and alternatives in the language of business
• WFO - Chennai Location.
