TALENTIME BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Medical Coding Trainer to train students in both offline (colleges) and online batches.

Position: Medical Coding Trainer

Job Type: Freelance / Part-time (Per Batch Basis)

*Location:*Trichy (For Offline) & Work From Home (For Online)

Compensation:

• Offline (College Training): Rs. 12,000 per college
• Online Training: Rs. 7,000 per batch
• Duration: 21 to 24 Days per batch
• Session Hours: 2 Hours per day

Requirements:

• CPC / CCS / CRC Certification is highly preferred
• Minimum 1+ Year of experience in Medical Coding
• Strong knowledge in Anatomy, Physiology, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle student queries and make concepts easy to understand
• Prior teaching/training experience will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training sessions for students (Offline & Online)
• Cover the complete Medical Coding syllabus from basics to advanced
• Provide practical examples, case studies, and real-time scenarios
• Conduct assessments, mock tests, and prepare students for CPC exam
• Clear students' doubts and provide career guidance
