- Graduate of Medical/Healthcare-related, Administrative, Business, or other relevant courses
- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, HMO, healthcare, or medical administrative setting is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Customer-service oriented and comfortable communicating with patients
- Professional, dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they possess the necessary skills and qualifications
