• Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and providing excellent customer service.
• Schedule appointments accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Meditech, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
• Verify insurance coverage and perform insurance verification to facilitate smooth billing processes.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and taking detailed messages as needed. .
• Proficiency in EMR systems like Eclinical Works

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
