We are seeking an energetic and articulate Medical Instructor to join our academic team. In this role, you will design, deliver, and facilitate engaging CME courses, hands-on workshops, and interactive clinical training sessions. Whether you are a seasoned healthcare educator or an enthusiastic clinician with natural teaching aptitude, we welcome your application.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver interactive lectures, clinical workshops, and simulated training sessions adhering to accredited CME frameworks.

Assist in refining course materials, lecture presentations, case studies, and assessment rubrics.

Engage healthcare participants actively, encouraging discussion, critical thinking, and best clinical practices.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical guidelines, healthcare trends, and modern instructional methods.

Gather participant feedback after training modules to continuously optimize course quality and outcomes.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any medical or healthcare field (such as Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Emergency Medical Services, or Allied Health).

Experience: Prior experience as a clinical instructor, medical trainer, or lecturer is highly valued.

Entry-Level / First-Time Instructors: Candidates without formal teaching experience are strongly encouraged to apply provided they demonstrate exceptional public speaking, presentation, and crowd-engagement abilities.

Communication Skills: Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Arabic fluency is an added advantage.

Presence: Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for medical education.

Location: Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate/commute regularly
