Medical Insurance Coordinator – Client Management

Insurance Operations & Claims Coordination

• Facilitate the processing of medical insurance claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission to underwriters.
• Investigate and resolve disputed, delayed, or rejected claims on behalf of the client.
• Coordinate pre-authorization approvals for inpatient treatments, specialized procedures, and out-of-network care.

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain meticulous records of client policies, premium payments, renewals, and endorsement requests (additions/deletions of members).
• Analyze data and prepare utilization reports for corporate clients to show claims trends and help them optimize their policies.
• Liaise with insurance brokers and underwriters during annual policy renewal cycles to negotiate competitive rates based on client history.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and individual policyholders regarding their medical insurance plans.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and presentations for new clients to explain policy benefits, limitations, and network coverage.
• Proactively manage client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing grievances or service gaps promptly.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
