Medical Insurance Coordinator

AIRIS Imaging and Diagnostic Centre is seeking a proactive and skilled Insurance Coordinator to manage our end-to-end medical insurance operations and TPA coordination. The ideal candidate will have prior UAE experience in healthcare billing/claims, strong attention to detail, and the ability to join immediately.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Eligibility & Submission: Verify patient insurance eligibility and process initial approval/prior authorization submissions efficiently.
• Rejections & Resubmissions: Investigate rejected or denied claims, rectify documentation, and handle resubmissions to minimize write-offs.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain thorough, accurate documentation for all processed insurance claims and patient files.
• TPA & Clinic Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance companies, TPAs, and referring clinical partners.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate monthly insurance summaries, status tracking, and patient throughput reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Prior experience as an Insurance Coordinator or Claims Processor in a UAE diagnostic center, clinic, or hospital setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with TPA portal navigation, E-Claim systems, medical coding/terminology, and Excel reporting.
• Availability: Available to join immediately.
• Visa Requirement: Candidates on Spouse Visa / Husband's Visa are strongly preferred.
