Job Responsibilities

1. Sample Collection & Processing

• Perform blood collection (phlebotomy) for OPD, IPD, ICU and emergency patients.
• Collect, label, transport and process blood, urine and other clinical specimens.
• Ensure proper patient identification and sample handling.
• Maintain sample collection and processing records.

2. Laboratory Investigations

• Perform routine investigations in:
• Hematology – CBC, ESR and peripheral smear preparation.
• Biochemistry – Blood glucose, renal function tests, liver function tests and lipid profile.
• Clinical Pathology – Urine routine, microscopy and other routine investigations.
• Serology – Routine rapid tests and other investigations as authorised.
• Operate automated and semi-automated laboratory analysers.
• Ensure accurate and timely test processing.

3. Laboratory Equipment Management

• Perform daily calibration and internal quality control checks.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and maintenance logs.
• Monitor reagent stock, expiry dates and storage conditions.
• Report equipment malfunction promptly.

4. Quality Control & Infection Prevention

• Follow NABL-aligned laboratory quality practices and hospital SOPs.
• Maintain internal quality control documentation

Pay: ₹9,903.63 - ₹24,241.52 per month
