Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration and management of the laboratory center, ensuring excellent service quality.
• Provide accurate and reliable test results to aid in the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of diseases.
• Supervise laboratory operations and staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Lead, guide, and train team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Efficiently handle interactions with patients, addressing any concerns or challenges professionally.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements in laboratory operations.
• Apply analytical skills to solve problems, remaining calm and effective under pressure.

Requirements:

• Degree in Biomedical Science is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical laboratory setting with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficient in phlebotomy techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff and patients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members effectively.
• A results-driven mindset combined with resilience and teamwork capabilities.
• Capable of sound decision-making in problem-solving scenarios.
