Internal Medicine Medical Assistant Wanted
Private practice in the East Village of Manhattan looking for an experienced medical assistant to join the team.
Duties include data entry, scanning, phlebotomy, patient triage, verifying insurances and obtaining prior authorization for procedures.
Candidate must be proactive, detail oriented, thorough, polite, be able to work independently, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Punctuality is a MUST! Looking for someone who is looking for a career, not just a job. The right candidate is someone who is looking for a stable, long term position. The position involves working at one location. The position will start off as part-time with potential for full time.
3+ years experience preferred. Knowledge of Practice Fusion EMR is a plus. Salary negotiable.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
