Medical Receptionist

About the Opportunity

• We are assisting our Auckland Central-based clients in the medical field who are seeking a Medical Receptionist.
• This is a 4-week temporary role with possibility of extension, based in Remuera.
• This role requires flexibility to work either of two shifts, 7:15am–3:45pm or 9am–5:30pm, depending on requirements and leave cover.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Greeting clients
• Preparing Doctors correspondence
• Booking/amending appointments
• Scanning and filing medical documentation
• Managing office resources
• Travel bookings
• Coordinating work-shop logistics

What You’ll Bring

• You thrive in a busy environment and enjoy providing exceptional customer service
• You will have previous Medical Admin/Receptionist experience
• Experience using Medtech (or another Practice Management System)

You will have the following skills and attributes:Highly organised

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Warm and friendly nature
• Previous Medical Admin/Receptionist experience
