Medical Receptionist

Halswellhealth is a large and busy general medical practice in southwest Christchurch working from three locations - Ensign Street, Halswell, Caulfield Ave, Longhurst and Coupling Close, Prebbleton.

We are seeking a full time Medical Receptionist.

The successful applicant will be bright and positive people ready to fit in with our wonderful team. They will be computer literate, focused on providing excellent customer service and have a high degree of empathy. If you possess a positive “can do” disposition and sound attention to detail we would love to hear from you.

Whilst not a prerequisite, we are particularly interested to hear from those with existing Medical Receptionist experience and/or those familiar with indici as a Practice Management System
