Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently
• Verify patient information and update electronic health records accurately
• Answer incoming calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately
• Collect and process payments, insurance information, and co-pays with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a professional environment
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry as needed

Qualifications

• Prior office experience or administrative experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy healthcare setting
• Proficiency with office software and electronic health record systems is a plus
