About the role

As the first point of contact for our patients at Lingard Private Hospital, you'll set the tone for their entire visit. Your day will include:

• Welcoming patients and managing arrivals with warmth and efficiency
• Scheduling and confirming appointments across multiple imaging modalities
• Processing Medicare, DVA and private billing accurately
• Handling phone and email enquiries from patients and referrers
• Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting smooth clinic flow
• Working closely with clinical and hospital staff to keep the day running seamlessly

About you

• Previous experience in reception or customer service. Medical or radiology experience is a bonus, but not essential
• A warm, calm and professional manner
• Strong attention to detail and confidence with computer systems
• Great communication skills and a genuine team-player attitude
