Medical Receptionist

About The Role

Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist rotating across our Glenorchy, Hobart City and Rosny clinics.

This permanent part-time position will be rostered 4 days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri).

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for

• Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
• Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
• Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
• Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
• Enter and update patient registration details
• Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

You Will Have

• Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
