Medical Receptionist

We're looking for a full time Medical Receptionist to join our team at a newly open clinic. This is a customer service position requiring exceptional medical knowledge and customer service skills, and candidates must have experience with HIPAA regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of professional medical knowledge, friendliness and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, screens calls, and takes messages.
• Be the face of the medical practice.
• Referral and Prior Authorization
• Schedule appointments.
• Manage the workflow of the office.
• Give high-fidelity patient information to healthcare providers.
• Handle basic laboratory tests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
