Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance and collect patient information
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Handle payments and basic office administrative tasks
• Communicate effectively with providers and staff
• Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
• Help Publish care plans
• Pull Inventory
• Track Packages

Qualifications

• Previous medical reception or front desk experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus
• Professional appearance and positive attitude necessary
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Day shifts 8a-6pm
• Some Tuesdays for staff meetings
