Medical Receptionist

With practices in Wollongong and Dapto, Illawarra Medical Imaging provides quality care with personal and friendly service to our referrers and patients.

We are looking for a receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time position 5 days per week.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Meet and greet patients
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Answering incoming calls
• Provide information regarding procedures and preparations
• Invoicing and receipting patient accounts
• General office admin, petty cash, post office, banking, deliveries.

The successful candidate will have:

• A caring and compassionate manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task within a busy team environment
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

A 'can-do' attitude and medical customer service experience would be ideal.
