Bilingual Medical Receptionist
Location: Lutz, FL

We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our team! This position offers growth opportunities and excellent benefits, including:

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• The position is based at our Lutz location:
• 18958 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Lutz, FL
• Reliable transportation is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a physician’s office, especially in psychiatry or mental health settings.
• Knowledge of health insurance processes.
• Spanish fluency is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance benefits.
• Greet and check in patients.
• Collect copays and outstanding balances.
• Schedule appointments and bill insurance.
• Answer phones professionally and courteously.
• Navigate multiple windows and tabs in web browsers and Excel.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with computers and file management.
• Self-starter with knowledge of health insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of computer skills experience (required).

Compensation:

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience).
