**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a busy medical office setting. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing a positive experience for patients.

**Duties:**

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries

• Verify patient information and insurance details

• Maintain electronic health records accurately and confidentially

• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

**Experience:**

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role preferred

• Proficiency in using medical office software (EHR and Practice Management)

• Knowledge of medical scheduling procedures and terminology

• Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

-Bilingual Spanish preferred
