Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments with precision and care
• Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members promptly
• Maintain accurate patient records, update electronic health records (EHR), and handle documentation with confidentiality
• Verify insurance information, process payments, and assist with billing procedures
• Coordinate communication between patients, medical staff, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Keep the reception area organized, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies to promote efficiency

Pay: From £13.90 per hour
