Highland Woods Health is seeking receptionists for our offices in Panther Creek and Alden Bridge. We pride ourselves on excellent patient care and are committed to service. We are looking for candidates who have exceptional customer service skills to greet, check in and assist our patients.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Greeting patients
Checking in and out
Collecting co-pays and balances
Booking future appointments
Making sure the waiting room is presentable
Assisting patients with any booking or payment questions
Candidates should have a positive attitude, excellent computer skills, professional appearance and demeanor, and must be able to take initiative.
