What they need
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients
- Answer phone calls, messages, FB page inquiries
- Schedule appointments, confirm, reschedule, cancel
- Check-in / check-out patients
- Encode patient info, medical history in system
- Maintain cleanliness and order ng reception / waiting area
- Coordinate with doctor, nurse, lab for patient flow
- Keep patient records confidential
Pay: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
