Medical receptionist

Small practice within the Adelaide CBD

Must have a WWCC (working with children clearance)

Our client based in the Adelaide CBD seeks an experienced medical receptionist (ideally with Halaxy experience -bookings system)

In this role, you will provide reception administrative support, ensuring smooth operations during a period of leave cover.

Your responsibilities will include managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records ,

This is a fairly quiet corporate office and requires an experienced medical administrator with a current working with children clearance.

Must be available to start immediately.

• Manage incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
• Meet and Greet patients
• Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy in Halaxy.
• Support the administrative team with general office tasks.
• Assist in managing correspondence and documentation.

Skills & experience

Proven experience in reception administration within a healthcare setting.

Professional phone manner

Excellent people and communication skills

Strong capability in using a CRM and patient management system

Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain a Working With Children Check (WWCC).

8.30am to 5pm (office hours)
