Medical Receptionist

Busy Medical Practice seeking an experienced Medical Front Desk Receptionist. Friendly individual with a passion for beauty and the healthcare industry, where your professionalism and cosmetic flair will shine! Medical Office Experience Required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  _ Updating Patients records, including personal information and billing data

• Collecting patient copayments

-Schedule appointments for patients

• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Handle mail and packages
• Provide general support to visitors, clients, and staff members

Experience:

• Previous experience in a Medical office in a receptionist role required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail for proofreading documents or correspondence
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Computer literacy with knowledge of basic office equipment
