We're looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist who thrives in a busy General Practice setting and loves being part of a supportive team.

About You:

• Previous experience as a General Practice Medical Receptionist (essential)
• Experience using medical practice software, preferably Best Practice (essential)
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Your Role:

• Welcome and assist patients
• Manage appointments and schedules
• Answer phones and patient enquiries
• Process registrations and Medicare details
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Support smooth day-to-day practice operations
