Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Zuppa Physical Therapy is a high energy, growing physical therapy practice that is currently seeking a medical receptionist / administrative assistant who possess the following personal traits:

The Responsibilities for this position include:

• Checking patients in and out
• Utilizing a web-based physical therapy practice management software program
• Verifying physical therapy benefits for various health insurance plans
• Answering phones, scheduling patients, collecting co-payments, and medical billing
• light cleaning, sanitizing, and keeping our brand new office looking fresh
• Laundering towels with our in house washer and dryer

Please note that the candidate may be expected to work a combination of evening and daytime hours as we treat patients from 7am to 7pm.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
