Role Description The Medical Rep (Indoor) at Stellar Media is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The individual in this role will handle incoming inquiries from healthcare and medical-related clients, provide detailed product and service information, and support the sales team with accurate documentation and follow-up. Daily tasks include responding to calls and messages, updating client records, coordinating with marketing and account managers, and preparing basic reports on customer interactions and feedback. The role also involves maintaining a professional and empathetic approach to client communication, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain services clearly to medical and non-medical audiences.
• Customer service and client support abilities, including handling inquiries, resolving basic issues, and managing follow-ups efficiently.
• Basic sales and marketing awareness, with an interest in digital marketing and healthcare-related services.
• Good organizational and documentation skills, including accurate data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
• Proficiency in common office software and communication tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to work on-site in Qesm 1st Nasser City, collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant experience in medical representation, call center, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Science, Business, or related discipline) is preferred.
