Job highlights

• Graduate preferably B.Pharma with 2-5 years pharmaceutical or hospital sales experience
• Develop business with healthcare institutions, build relationships with key stakeholders, promote prescription products, and achieve sales targets

Role & responsibilities

• Develop business with hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.
• Build relationships with Purchase Managers, Administrators, and Pharmacists.
• Identify new accounts and generate orders through presentations and negotiations.
• Promote prescription pharmaceutical products and achieve sales targets.
• Manage customer visits, order follow-ups, and daily reporting.
• Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharma preferred.
• 25 years of Sales/Business Development experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical, hospital, or institutional sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and territory travel.
• Hindi & English communication preferred.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence mandatory/preferred.
• Willing to work Monday–Saturday.
