Medical Representative (BDM)

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Medical Representative or Business Development Manager to join our team in Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and creating strategies to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement business development and market expansion strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential markets.
• Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and commercial plans.
• Lead contract negotiations and work toward mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
• Monitor market performance and provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Achieve business development, sales, and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of business opportunities, client activities, and pipeline progress.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Strategic Planning, or Market Expansion.
• Strong skills in client relationship management and negotiation.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and business targets.
