Job Title: Medical Representative (MR)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies regularly within the assigned territory.
• Promote company pharmaceutical products and drive prescription generation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Ensure product availability and effective market coverage.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Submit daily call reports and activity updates.
• Coordinate and ensure timely payment collections.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Execute company sales and marketing strategies effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• B.Pharm / B.Sc candidates preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Compensation

• Daily Allowance: 500 per working day
• Additional monthly allowance up to 12,500
• No incentive structure currently
