Medical Representative

About the role

This is a Sales and Marketing role focused on creating demand and educating healthcare professionals about product benefits and efficacy. You will develop new market potential in your assigned area, build relationships with key stakeholders, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine visits to doctors and pharmacies to educate them on product advantages and efficacy
• Map and open new market potential in your assigned area
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), doctors, and pharmacy managers
• Ensure achievement of company-determined targets
• Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and monitor competitor activities in the field

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent (all majors)
• Own personal motorcycle with active Class C driving license
• Own an Android smartphone for daily reporting and operational purposes
• Sales/Marketing experience preferred (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented, honest, disciplined, and able to work independently and in teams
