About the role

Join the dynamic team at BIOCARE PHARMACEUTICAL' as a Medical Representative. In this full-time role based in Penang, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's innovative pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers. Your strong sales skills and passion for the healthcare industry will be crucial in driving growth and making a significant impact on the business.

What you'll be doing

1. Promote and detail the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
3. Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
4. Organize and conduct product presentations, medical briefings, and promotional activities.
5. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
6. Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and customer feedback.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and relevant medical information.

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Marketing, or related field.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience in pharmaceutical sales is an added advantage).
3. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
5. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
