MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE

About the role

As a Medical Representative at Scriptmed, Inc., you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling innovative pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring the successful expansion of the business in the Davao region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators
• Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and scientific evidence behind the product portfolio to healthcare professionals
• Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotional activities
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
• Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product developments

About you

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Sound understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including product knowledge, regulations, and market dynamics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, pharmacy, or healthcare management
