Mind Weavers is a psychology and rehabilitation clinic at the Government Medical College Campus, Kozhikode, with over 15 years of service in mental health care. Our team of 30 includes a psychiatrist, clinical psychologists, child rehab specialists, and family therapists. We offer psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and rTMS (Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), a non-invasive, evidence-based treatment for depression and other conditions.

We are looking for a motivated Medical Representative to build awareness of our rTMS services among doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit psychiatrists, neurologists, general physicians, and hospitals to introduce and explain rTMS therapy at Mind Weavers
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare institutions
• Generate patient referrals and track referral sources
• Organise and support CMEs, doctor meets, awareness talks, and health camps
• Distribute scientific and promotional material about rTMS
• Achieve monthly visit and referral targets
• Maintain daily call reports and update the doctor database
• Gather market feedback and competitor information and share it with management
• Coordinate with the front office and clinical team for smooth patient onboarding

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc, B.Pharm, or Life Sciences preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Experience in CNS/psychiatry or neurology division is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication in Malayalam and English
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
• Willingness to travel within Kozhikode and neighbouring districts
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and presentable
• Commitment to ethical medical promotion practices

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
