Medical Representative

About the role

The Medical Representative promotes Jan Medical Group's products to physicians, clinics, hospitals, and corporate partners. The role builds long-term relationships, grows our referral network, and meets agreed sales and visit targets while following ethical and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and present JMG's products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and corporate accounts within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Meet monthly visit, sales, and referral targets
• Conduct product and service briefings, and coordinate product demos and medical meetings
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs, and report it to management
• Maintain accurate call reports, client records, and territory plans
• Coordinate with the General Manager and clinic operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-through
• Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Comply with company policies, the Code of Ethics, and applicable DOH and FDA regulations

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Allied Health, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, healthcare marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered)
• Solid understanding of medical terminology, healthcare services, and the Philippine healthcare setting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Good time management and territory planning
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace, and comfortable with reporting tools
• Professional appearance and a high standard of ethics and confidentiality
• Willing to travel and do field work within the assigned area
