Are you passionate about pharmaceutical sales and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals? We’re looking for motivated Medical Representatives to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists, hospitals, and chemists.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct field visits, product presentations, and product detailing.
• Participate in CME programs, medical camps, and product launches.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prescription patterns.
• Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability.
• Maintain daily call reports (DCR), sales records, and expense reports.
• Follow company policies and applicable pharmaceutical marketing regulations.

Requirements

• B.Pharm, B.Sc., or any relevant graduate degree preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and basic medical terminology.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Proficiency in the local language, along with Hindi or English.
