Responsibilities:

• Promote Aimil Pharmaceuticals' products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
• Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1 year of experience in Pharmaceuticals Industry. Fresher are also encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience as a Medical Representative or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex medical information.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with the local healthcare market and regulatory requirements.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

· Must have their own vehicle.

· Comfortable for Field Sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
