About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Medical Representative to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong sales and marketing background, particularly in the healthcare services sector. You will be responsible for promoting our cord blood stem cell banking services, engaging with healthcare professionals, and building brand awareness across Dubai and the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote cord blood stem cell banking services to doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Deliver presentations and educational sessions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify and develop new clinics and medical centers.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Manage leads and customer relationships using Salesforce CRM.
• Represent the company at conferences and medical events.
• Stay up to date with medical regulations and submit activity reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (science, healthcare, marketing, or business).
• Fluency in Arabic is essential.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within healthcare or medical services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Dubai and the GCC region.
