Kalyam Pharma is expanding its field sales team and is looking for enthusiastic, result-oriented and career-focused candidates for the position of Medical Representative (MR).

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: ₹6,000 per month
• TA/DA: ₹3 per KM for eligible field travel

Key Responsibilities

• Regular visits to doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals
• Promote and communicate company products effectively
• Develop relationships with doctors, retailers and distributors
• Generate sales and achieve assigned territory targets
• Conduct regular market visits and follow up on orders
• Submit daily field activity and sales reports

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate candidates preferred
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and convincing ability
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
• Candidates with local market knowledge will be given preference
