Medical Representative (MR)

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular doctor visits and communicate product features, benefits, and approved clinical information.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Execute daily field visits, implement tour plans, and maintain accurate records in the company's reporting application.
• Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA) and monitor competitor activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand product coverage within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with stockists and distributors to ensure product availability.
• Submit daily call reports, tour plans, and expense statements on time.
• Participate in company meetings, product training, and sales review sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate in any discipline; a science or pharmacy background is preferred.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile-based reporting applications is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
