Medical Representative (MR)

Location: Kashipur, Uttarakhand
Experience: Minimum 1 Year Medical Representative / Pharma Field Sales Experience
Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years
Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharm preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical/healthcare products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, chemists and retailers.
• Explain product features, benefits and usage through effective product detailing.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Generate prescriptions and orders as per company objectives.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and product availability.
• Coordinate with stockists, distributors and chemists for product movement.
• Maintain daily call reports, DCRs, expense reports and other required records.
• Cover the assigned Kashipur territory as per the planned call schedule.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant MR/Pharma Field Sales experience.
• Maximum age 35 years.
• Good communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.
• Candidates should be familiar with the local market and healthcare network of Kashipur.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
