Medical Sales Representative

The role

GP Medica Sdn Bhd is seeking an exceptional Medical Sales Representative to join our team based in Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with healthcare providers in the region.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identifying and targeting new sales opportunities within the medical and healthcare industry
• Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential clients to present our products and services
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet and exceed individual and team targets
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and pipeline data
• Providing excellent customer service and support to build long-term relationships
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and new product developments
• Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
• Knowledge in medical consumables
• Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• At least 1 year experience in sales or healthcare industry
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Must possess own car, valid driving license and willing to travel outstation
