About the Role:

Revive Therapy Plus Wellness LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scheduler to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences by keeping our clinical operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect necessary demographic information
• Coordinate referrals and communicate with healthcare providers, staff, and patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system
• Manage appointment cancellations, reschedules.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in medical scheduling, medical reception, or a healthcare administrative role preferred
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical scheduling software
• Knowledge of insurance verification and basic medical billing processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy requirements
• Able to be trained.
